• Documented the setup and wrote a Sunday run list so services stay reliable without me; trained new volunteers.
• Built and operate a service-metrics dashboard tracking attendance, song history, and volunteer rosters.

• Designed and deployed an AWS-native data platform — Lambda, S3, and scheduled cloud routines — architected and operated solo.
• Ship and maintain two production web applications, including a metrics dashboard in active use by a 175-year-old church.
