Church Music & Media Modernization
When I came, the church's technology was twenty years old across the board — failing often enough to leave a Sunday morning high and dry. I wrote a modernization plan, sourced replacement gear through a mix of donations and church funding, built them a livestream, and organized it so that if they hired someone to replace me, that person could understand the whole setup almost immediately.
Trained new volunteers, and wrote a Sunday task list so the service runs whether or not I'm there.
